Payment options

Option one: £1.60 per week plus VAT
- To contact family or friends in the event of an emergency
- Benefit of being able to send out a trained carer, if client requests this – at a cost of £30 per call out between 7.00am to 6.00pm, and £42 per call out between 6.00pm to 7.00am
This option is most suitable for people:
- Who have good mobility and easy access to family
- Using the service for reassurance and for unforeseen circumstances

Option two: £2.90 per week plus VAT
- Higher level of service, which includes carer response in event of an emergency
- Includes up to 3 call outs per year at no additional cost
This option is most suitable for people:
- At higher risk of needing assistance, perhaps due to mobility issues or other medical conditions
Those that don’t wish to rely on friends or family in an emergency. |

Option three: £4.60 per week plus VAT
- All inclusive, carer response service
- Includes up to 10 call outs per year.
This option is most suitable for people:
Who have a history of falling or of health related issues that can cause unexpected need for assistance. |
